					<description>I read Mark's article and he basically seems to say he wanted to keep the actors minds and bodies off balance by bringing new and unexpected challenges everyday - makes a lot of sense.
Giving someone a 3 on 1 off bodybuilding typr routine and telling them to do it for 4 months, the average guy will get bored in 3 weeks and stop.</description>
